Second Serve for Caden:

Two races only two days apart and second place in both of the Elite fields: That is the quality of Caden Murray’s running in recent times. On Thursday night at the Doncaster Mile, Caden led the field for three laps before being caught by two of the chasing field. The ability to produce a 61 second last lap allowed Caden to reclaim second place. His time of 4:13.16 chipped a small piece off his previous pb.

At Bendigo on Saturday night, Caden finished in second place in a time of 14:18.70. This was only three seconds off his best time of 4:15.70.

Jordan Rudd (M20) (T20) added the 5000m distance to his impressive list of DVAC club records with a finishing time of 18:19.17. Charles Jacobson (M50) went under the 18minute mark again: this time with a 17:43.28.
