About:
I am an experienced hurdler and high jumper and technical coach. Working with small jumping and hurdling groups either as a stand-alone program or working around other disciplines and training schedules. I am keen to look after people from entry level to masters – learning for beginners and adapting for those of us too old to learn new tricks.
Qualification:
Working on level 1.
Training Times:
6:00pm – 7:00pm on Tuesday at Willinda Park centre
10:00am – 12:00pm Some Sundays (twice monthly)
Fees:
Club Coach – There is no coaching fee charged for athletes who are financial members of DVAC.

  Matt Hall
 

 

 

 

About:
Matt coaches throwing events including: javelin, shot put, discus and hammer throw. Matt is an athlete and Level 3 accredited throws coach with DVAC, and was originally a little athlete at the DVLAC. He coaches athletes from beginner level to elite, including athletes with special needs and from culturally diverse backgrounds. Matt focuses on providing an innovative, positive and inclusive group training environment, and can provide private sessions by consultation. He maintains his professional development through participation in coaching conferences, the Athletics Australia coaching framework and networking with like-minded coaches.
Qualification:
Level 3 IAAF coaching certificate
Training Times:
Group training is on Monday and Wednesday nights from 5-6.30/7pm (seniors javelin after 6pm) from September through to March.

Athletes or parents can contact Matt personally for information about fees for group and/or private sessions via email.
