About:
Welcome to Academy Coach which caters for Ages 10yrs to Open Age. The Academy is my selection of young Sprinters Runners & Hurdlers who I believe have the ability of improving to State and National Standard. However, athletes do not have to be Champions to be selected. In fact most runners commence with only average ability. Speed Technique is the primary target with work revolving around training the Neuromuscular Nervous System. The Science involved to achieve this requires patience and precision. Coaching is Designed & Qualified to International Standard. Above all, athletes must have fun and enjoy their training if success is to follow.
