Victorian All Schools T&F Champs

TRIPLE TREAT FOR HAYNES AT VIC ALL SCHOOLS
Matthew Haynes, Ivanhoe Grammar School, won three events at the Victorian All Schools Track & Field Championships held at Olympic Park on the 6, 7, & 8th November. Haynes won the 100m, 200m and the Long Jump events.
Other local athletes to win gold at the Championships were Catherine Brennan (Loyola College) who won the Women's Under 18 100m event; Olivia Getson in the Women's U16 400m and Dean Neofitou (St Helena SC) who won the Men's U14 1500m event.
A total of 26 athletes from the Diamond Valley Athletic Club competed at the All Schools Championships.
